All orders ship within 24 hours from our US-based warehouse. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is processed.

 

Delivery time: 3–5 business days within the United States.

 

Shipping rates:

• Orders under $35: flat-rate shipping applied at checkout

• Orders $35 and above: FREE shipping

 

International shipping is currently not available.

 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are estimates — not guarantees. While delays are rare, they can occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the tracking update, please contact us at infinitypetals3@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

 

Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reship packages returned due to incorrect addresses.

 

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We'll replace or refund at no additional cost.
