BRISKI Defect Coverage

Every BRISKI is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If it arrives defective, doesn't work as described, or breaks from normal use in the first 30 days — we replace or refund, no hassle.

What's covered

  • Motor or fan not running correctly out of the box
  • Battery not holding a proper charge
  • USB-C port failure
  • Button / speed-control failure
  • Any cosmetic defect that arrived from our fulfillment partner

What's not covered

  • Water damage (BRISKI is not waterproof — do not submerge)
  • Physical damage from dropping or crushing
  • Damage from non-BRISKI chargers delivering incorrect voltage
  • Normal cosmetic wear after regular use (scratches, minor scuffs)

How to file a defect claim

  1. Email hello@getbriski.com with your order number and a short description of what's wrong.
  2. Send 1–2 photos or a 10-second video showing the issue.
  3. We'll respond within 12 hours with next steps.
  4. In most cases, we send a replacement without requiring you to return the defective unit.

Beyond 30 days

If your BRISKI has an issue past the 30-day window, email us anyway. We work with customers on a case-by-case basis — half-price replacements and discount credits are common for loyal customers.

Our stance: if something breaks that shouldn't, we'll do what's right.
