Track Your Order

Every BRISKI shipment gets a tracking number emailed to the address on your order — usually within 24-48 hours of checkout.

Can't find the tracking email?

  1. Check your spam / promotions folder — look for "BRISKI" or "getbriski.com"
  2. Check the account page you used at checkout
  3. Email hello@getbriski.com with your order number and we'll resend

Tracking status explained

  • Label created — order accepted, label printed, carrier will scan soon
  • Accepted by carrier — out of our fulfillment center, en route
  • In transit — moving through the carrier network
  • Out for delivery — arriving today
  • Delivered — on your doorstep / in your mailbox

When to contact us

  • No scan for 3+ business days after you got the tracking number
  • Tracking shows "delivered" but package isn't there (wait 24 hours first)
  • Tracking shows "returned to sender"
  • Package arrived damaged
