Every BRISKI shipment gets a tracking number emailed to the address on your order — usually within 24-48 hours of checkout.
Can't find the tracking email?
- Check your spam / promotions folder — look for "BRISKI" or "getbriski.com"
- Check the account page you used at checkout
- Email hello@getbriski.com with your order number and we'll resend
Tracking status explained
- Label created — order accepted, label printed, carrier will scan soon
- Accepted by carrier — out of our fulfillment center, en route
- In transit — moving through the carrier network
- Out for delivery — arriving today
- Delivered — on your doorstep / in your mailbox
When to contact us
- No scan for 3+ business days after you got the tracking number
- Tracking shows "delivered" but package isn't there (wait 24 hours first)
- Tracking shows "returned to sender"
- Package arrived damaged
