US shipping rates
- Orders $35+: Free standard shipping (5–7 business days)
- Orders under $35: $4.95 flat standard shipping (5–7 business days)
Processing time
Orders are processed by our US fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your BRISKI ships.

All 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon — email us to join the waitlist.
Track your order
Every shipment gets a tracking number sent to the email on your order.
Delivery delays
Extreme weather, carrier backups, and major holiday weekends can add 1–3 days. If your shipment feels stuck, email hello@getbriski.com with your order number and we'll check on it within the day.
Address changes
Email us within 2 hours of placing the order for address corrections. Once the label is printed, we can't change it. If the package gets returned, we'll contact you and re-ship to the corrected address at no extra charge.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking says "delivered" but the package isn't there, wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early). Then email us within 14 days of the "delivered" date and we'll almost always send a free replacement.
