Try BRISKI. If it's not what you hoped, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — full refund, replacement, or store credit. Your call.

How it works

  1. Email hello@getbriski.com within 30 days with your order number.
  2. Tell us what's wrong. A sentence is enough.
  3. We'll send you return instructions + confirm the refund within 12 hours.
  4. Refund lands on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the unit ships back.

Not working? Don't even ship it back.

If your BRISKI arrives defective or broken, send us a 10-second video showing the issue. In most cases we refund and send a replacement without asking you to ship the defective unit back.

What's acceptable

We take it back in any condition — unboxed, used, a little dusty. Your job is to try it. Our job is to make the return painless.

Gifts

If BRISKI was a gift, we'll process the return as store credit under the recipient's email. The original buyer never has to know.

Past the 30-day window

We still want to hear from you. Manufacturing defects beyond 30 days are handled case-by-case — email us and we'll work something out.
